The Meinl Byzance Vintage 20" Sand Ride delivers a dry, controlled ride sound with crisp stick definition, dark tonal character, and a fast decay. Developed with renowned drummer Benny Greb, this signature cymbal is designed for players who want an articulate ride that sits naturally within the mix without producing excessive wash.

Its sandblasted top and partially lathed underside create a distinctive balance of dryness and complexity. The medium-weight construction produces a focused, quick stick response, while the clear and bright bell cuts through with excellent articulation. The cymbal can also open into a controlled, earthy crash that gets out of the way quickly.

Hand hammered in Turkey from B20 bronze, each Byzance Sand Ride has its own subtle tonal character and visual markings.
