The Apollo brand was a student-oriented label manufactured by a company called Star Drums, which was the predecessor to Tama Drum Company. This is an ideal snare drum for collectors or beginners alike. This drum is nice and clean, hardware is functional, and the drum has only slight pitting on the chrome hardware.
