Used Firchie 4.5" x 14" Snare

Only minor signs of use are present on this drum. This shell is unique among 14-inch snares. It uses 14-inch heads on both top and bottom, but the proprietary shell shape requires 13-inch snare wires. The powder-coated shell reduces friction along the rounded bearing edges for easy tuning. The shell is free-floating, meaning the lugs do not contact the shell, allowing uninhibited resonance and sensitivity. The lug design ensures both the bottom and top head will be at the same tension. The dual-throw-off snare mechanism ensures your wires are easy to center so the sound is always fat and articulate.
