About Kyle Smith — The Arizona Drummer

Kyle Smith is a professional session drummer based in Phoenix, Arizona with over 20 years of experience performing, recording, and creating music. He is the founder of The Arizona Drummer, a widely followed educational and media platform where he shares studio sessions, live performances, and behind-the-scenes drumming content. Kyle’s background as an active working drummer gives him a practical, experience-based perspective that resonates with players at every level.
